Here is my second entry for
's "moonlight contest".
I perfectly saw this picture in my mind and I'm glad how it turned out

As you can guess, this is the end of a love story, a broken heart wandering in the night.
-The ruins are the symbol for this disappearing story, the remnants of what the memories were and are not anymore.
-The withered rose is like this broken heart: dry, slowly dying.
-The angel you would like to pray to find again this lost love, made of stone, both deaf and blind, who does not want to answer your prays.
-The crow is there to remind of all these sinister thoughts you may have when you lose what was the most important for you.
-And finally the moon and clouds, because, even in the darkest night and shadows, there is always a glimmer of hope.
